I’m Anika Behal, a student at Jumeirah College, Dubai, with a keen interest in Economics, the Sciences, and the Performing Arts. I thrive in environments that allow me to explore and grow, whether it's excelling in subjects like Economics, Science, and Math, or expressing myself through music. Balancing academic challenges with creative pursuits is something I'm passionate about, and I’m always eager to discover something new.

I’ve had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience through internships at KPMG, Intelligent Financial Consultants, and 32Reasons. In these roles, I worked across departments like Audit, Bookkeeping, Finance, and Operations, developing practical skills that are helping shape my future career.

Outside of academics, I’m an active member of several musical ensembles, including the National Youth Orchestra and Jumeirah College’s Orchestra. Performing at prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall and the Dubai Opera has been a highlight of my musical journey, and I’m excited to continue pursuing a diploma-level qualification in music. Music not only fuels my creativity but also teaches me discipline and teamwork.

I’m also passionate about helping others. I mentor peers and younger students in subjects like Math and English, reinforcing my own knowledge while supporting others in their learning. Volunteering is important to me as well—I’ve contributed to primary school choirs and participated in environmental initiatives like tree plantation programs in Mumbai. These experiences remind me of the importance of giving back to the community.

Public speaking and leadership are areas I continue to develop through my involvement in Toastmasters, school events, and community projects. I also enjoy exploring new cultures through travel and food, which broaden my perspectives and continually fuel my curiosity.
