I started this interview series out of curiosity, wanting to understand how the concepts I study in Business and Economics actually play out in the real world. Speaking with professionals from different industries has shown me that behind every decision are not just numbers, but people, behaviours, and experiences. Each conversation has given me a deeper appreciation of how businesses grow, how leaders think, and how challenges are navigated in practice. This journey has not only strengthened my interest in pursuing Business and Economics at university, but has also helped me develop a more practical, human perspective on the subject.
